Actually the Proline Velocity 6 40's I've got on my Tmaxx do have a 1/2" offset compared to standard Maxx rim offset. Those Moabs are heavy... Traxxas makes potent nitro motors, flings them like no problem. They'd fit the Pede, barely sorta. But...

I think the Pede's chassis (even the "ext" FLM alum) is maxed with the Maxx tires. Plus I want to keep some plastic drivetrain parts, even a-arms where possible. Maxx trucks use 8 large a-arms, the pivot balls, & larger axles, etc... I'd need more cells too, probably 8-10; I don't think the 380C-6L will crank 1HP & survive too long (some do run 10cell tho). My Tmaxx is getting RPM a-arms tomorrow since the stocks show plastic strain, & I like the replacement policy.

I want to bash the Pede as hard as it used to let me... otherwise I could have done a BL Emaxx (at about twice the price tho). Got my 4tec steel stub axles & RPM cover; still no Swami Bar tho... starting to worry, it was shipped, then not, then shipped, etc...
