Funny Muggy photos - 05.08.2011, 12:47 PM

I finally had a chance to take the Muggy out for a spin yesterday. Apparently 50K in the center diff isn't enough. (See pics)

On 4s it was fun and on 6s...well....time to glue the front tires on again. If I hit WOT at any speed it would just lift the front end and blow the tires off.

I'm going to try 30K in the front diff and maybe add some preload to the rear shocks. I'm hope to try and keep the front end down.

Enjoy the pics!

Ha Ha nice.

What's even scarier is I was the person taking the photos. My 3 yr old was driving the Muggy!

Very large field of grass!

He is actually getting very good. I started him with a mini revo at age 2. Now he has an E-Maxx and drives my flux conversion from time to time. He only goes fast when I give him permission. I'm a proud daddy.

If I could go back in time I definitly would have used gorilla tape on the wheels. That would have been a great idea. I already glued them. I may try beadlocks for the next set and I will use tape.

120K Well that's not reasuring. I had someone tell me to use JB weld and lock the center but I don't have the heart to do it. I also heard silly puddy works.

I'm running a 14T pinion at the moment. Anybody else have a Muggy? Just curious as to what you are running for gears.

Very nice Muggy dude, I really regret selling mine and not converting it.

Might have to get another when I've converted my BNIB D8T.........

I had same issues on 5s w/ a 1520 in my mbx5t until I changed front diff to 30W and center to 100K that combo helped out a lot. I also run 20W in the rear.
