you can't go wrong with the tried and true MMM/2200 combo for your revo. the esc is more than capable of handling itself in that truck and the motor is prefectly suited as well for the revo and other 1/8 MTs. just a heads up, the castle motors are much much better than the feigaos ever were and run much cooler, even geared for higher speeds.
as far as good, well priced batteries go, the best places to get them are:

hobbypartz.com (most convenient and still cheap, but quality is slightly less than hobbyking)
