hpi vorza - 07.21.2011, 07:27 PM

I just got vorza roller i'm going to start on. What all needs to be upgraded on it & will CC 2650 motor work?


I make custom decals & paint masks.

yes if you look at the hpi site for the vorza specs the 2650 is an option

hpi vorza engine and esc mount are nice too

Why "upgrade" to the 2650kv, IMO the 2200kv is much better. If you wan't speed just use 6s

I all right have the CC 2650 motor ,but it will not fix the hpi motor mount. Will the rc monster motor mount for HB D8 will work in the vorza?

Keep the 2200Kv, it will always work better than the 2650Kv no matter the lipo you use. If you want more speed, just gear up ;)

Yeah, I think the RCM-D8 mount fits the vorza. Its basically a converted D8.

If you just want stupid speeds on the blacktop then the 2650kv motor on 6S is the ticket IMO. You will be pushing the motor past it's design limits but I done it before and have seen many others do it without problems. For everything else (general bashing and off road driving) the 2200kv motor would be a much better option.
