I've just remove the front end-bell.
How can I see the rotor is broken?
I can't turn the rotor at all:P.
It wouldn't even move back or forward.
But I see some fiber sticking out?

Sounds like a rotor failure. Bad bad bad.

Need to get you a replacement rotor.

But do I have to send an email or just filling in the online forms?
