Go for the highest you can within reason,the cells only last a few cycles at their quoted C rates.If you go for something with 60amps or more continuous they should last many cycles.The polyquest 'twenty'20c,or duralite(flight power) 20c,3300 or 3700 are good value.Kokam 3200s would be good,the FMAdirect cell pro chargers and packs look good,they monitor each cell on charge and discharge giving you long pack life.Get packs with balance taps so you can keep the packs balanced,they should live longer.
