How not to use RC's: Man Plots RC Plane bomb against Pentagon - 09.29.2011, 07:34 AM

Always wondered about this, although you would figure the .gov would have thought of this too. Seems like a pretty lame plot on the scale of things. So was he just going to get it out of a truck, fire it up, get going, take off and fly it at the Pent, all the while standing close enough to be in radio control?

i can think of better planes to drop a payload rather than a low powered edf i mean 25 pounds of C-4 explosives in plane that small i think not it wouldnt even leave the runway let alone get airborn

You could just imagine this guy in the pentagon's parking lot buzzing this thing up and down the lanes hoping it takes off.


Then again, maybe he was planning on using maxamps packs. Then we would have a serious threat. They have flames on them you know, and nearly qualify as C4 themselves.


I'd just like to see his build thread.
