in the meantime i prevented the upper hinge pins from flying away lol
I just drilled a whole and tapped thread? or something like that in english :) also dremeled the hinge pin where the screw is positioned when tightened for zero movement.





et voila!

now the beast is completely in parts....

I'm starting to rebuild it in the next couple of weeks !
