You can't read "50V" on the caps in the pics???

By their size and the "22" visible on some of them, I'll guess they are 4x220uF caps. Someone who has seen them can feel free to correct me on that.

The 8s spark with this in line is nutty, takes a tiny chunk of the 8mm connector every time I plug it in. fun though.

I think you meant 2200uF. See post #12.

No, based on the size - smaller than the installed HV160 caps in the picture, which should be 470uF 50V caps - I'm guessing 220uF.
