Got the shell mounted and I had to take the front HCR cross member off the front posts. The connecting bolt heads would hit the lines on the hood where the cowl forms, I even tried set screws and the whole piece actually kept the body up too far to mount on these posts. It is just the awkward angle of the cowl lines and I don't think there would be a way to fix it and still use them. Could go with taller body posts....but......I don't think that would look too good.

Does it need to be lowered more?? Have the small hint of the chassis on the bottom edge of the shell? The rear can only go down just a tad more because it is already on the very top of the shocks and VBS posts so I would not gain much on the back end. I could pretty much drop it just enough to barely see the line of the chassis or slam the front end but I think doing that the lower edge of the shell being off level would look worse. Wondered what you all think. It will probably look totally different outside too....haha
