OK, my 1520 runs around 130 F. Will i get some extra run time if i cool it down to 115 F? I suppose it isn't worth because it already running pretty cool...

No. Additonal cooling doesn't change how much energy the motor uses or how efficient it is.

In fact, if you add a fan, it will lower your runtime slightly.

Additional cooling only "saves" your motor, since it allows it to operate within it's "safe" zone.

Your setup sounds ideal just the way it is.
