Best way to remove rounded off screws?

Unfortunately I haven't that much money !
Some idiot had used flat head screws that were awful in a 2nd hand truck I bought so I rounded loads trying to get them out, normally I just use whatever came with the kit (traxxas or xray) and I have RPM tools...
