That's a sad and disappointing way to sell balance boards. I couldn't get the PL8 to discharge a slightly over charged lipo (even with the cell taps hooked up). My Hyperion wouldn't do it either though for that matter. I had to go to an A123 discharge mode on the Hyperion. Is 4.31v per cell bad?
