Occasionally, the FLM orders get backlogged a little bit, but simply getting me involved via email allows me to follow up and get things moving quicker if needed. These orders are often shipped direct from FLM, though I am moving towards increasing my inventory levels on these parts to minimize or eliminate these delays in the future. If FLM doesn't have it, though, it is tough for me to get it in stock.
Typically, the drop ship program works quite well, but as volume increases, keeping up becomes trickier(for FLM-only so many machines). No worries, though. I know FLM is getting another machine as we speak, which will certainly make an impact and improve production. I know them(FLM) quite well and know they are working hard to overcome any current issues.
