E-Truggy...Reverse but no forward?

Hi,

I have an OFNA Jammin X1 CRT, and I just replaced the 13T small bevel gear in the front differential because the old one was stripped. Now the truggy works perfectly in reverse, but there is a lot of slippage in the diffs and it will barely move forward.

I have gone back over and reinstalled everything, and it looks fine. Any idea what could be wrong? The 43T large bevel gear that is on the diff itself is still in good shape.

Well, I took it apart yet again, and this time, the front diff would hardly turn and then it would grind. So, it looks like the diff is shot.
