After high school Bondo did a brief stint in the local community college. He was expelled for hiding along the walking trails and leering at the freshmen girls.
He is still referred to around his hometown as "bushwhacker".

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.
I was asked how I made the scale whip antenna on RCC so I thought I post that info here as well along with a couple poser shots.
I used some very thin piano wire from the Hobby shop and a old Nitro throttle linkage dohicky, For the end to mimic a tennis ball I utilized a 1/8" plastic bead from my tackle box. I used 60/40 silver solder for the wire install and heated the tip of the wire to melt the bead on.

They are discontinued Proline 30 series premounts I picked up on ebay a year or so ago, they've ben patiently waiting on the shelf for me to build this Jeep.
