DR STATIC, did you get a chance to forward that message for me? If so, has he responded yet?
Thank you so much for helping me out, I truly appreciate it!

I am coming into some pretty major money in the next couple of days, so if you have a Predator, or any of the parts listed in my Signature, please PM Me (especially if you have a Predator & Braces)!

How rare is the Predetor chassis? Were there many of them made?

it depends. the original dace one nickleplated is the one to get. everyone wants that one. they are normal versions made by ue, but they are easy to find a not worth as much. i honestly think a all ue truck with the dace chassis looks amazing. look around on here, you'll see some. they are the darker ones. the nickle plating adds strength to the aluminum also.
chad ended up selling all my parts for almost nothing. i couldnt wait anymore. i might have a few more parts lying around.

Ah I see. So I assume the nickel ones are worth a pretty penny now a days?

I have had 4 of the nickel ones so far, but have ended up selling each one of them. A month ago I had the chassis and braces, arms, servo mounts, towers, bulks and braces, but sold it all. I just couldn't get into the look of the nickel myself. Those bulks were my favorites though.

I have a pair of bombproof torpedo chassis, but they are staying on my 6x6 maxx build. I may have a spare set of chassis braces. Just make the chassis out of plexi/lexan like bombproof did...

I've actually already made a lexan upper deck a long time ago, for my old 3906 Maxx. It's seen countless miles worth of bashing. Definitely a bombproof chassis!

James what a nice surprize. Hows it going man? Hows the family? Any new additions since th birth of your daughter? Its been a while. Are you looking at possibly fitting some R/C time into your schedule, or just slumming? I know its just not the same since all of the RTR brushless has come into play, but there is still much to be done, and tons of fun to be had in this hobby. Glad to see you visiting the forums again.
