programming the mgm compro 80a???

Yes the motor needs to be plugged in while programming. Yes it is a pain.

I think that if you have the middle to middle the right and left doesn't matter.

Also, if you controllers throttle is reversed then you'll want to go full reverse instead of full throttle, I think.
