So it finally begins!
Just as the last build itīs totally dedicated to bashing. Itīs aimed to be light, agile and ofcourse bulletproof.


Specs of the ride:

Castle creations Mamba monster 2 with smoothcan 2200kv.
Custom length cvdīs, front 57mm, rear 167mm.
Custom gerboxmounts.
Custom esc mount.
Custom battery tray.
Custom Servo mounts.
Custom center skidplate.
Custom motorplate.
Hpi Cheepo Rx/Tx.
Hpi Bulletproof diffs.
Hpi Xl axels.
Hpi Hd servosaver spring.
Hpi Bulkheads and skids.
Traxxas E-revo/Summit/E-maxx gearbox.
Traxxas E-revo/Summit receiver box.
Traxxas steel steeringballs.
Traxxas E-revo/Summit Servo protector.
Traxxas MMM Esc hold down.
Pro-line 23mm 1/2 offset Velocity rims.
Pro-line 3.2 mashers and pro-line 3.2 paddle tires.
Pro-line Ford f650 body.
Integy aluminum bulkhead braces.
Integy Hd carriers.
Tcs crawlers 5mm Xl chassis.
Tcs crawlers Carrier bolt kit.
Cen racing 23mm hubs.
Power Hd steering servo.
12.9 steel hex screws.

So it starts with the Tcs chassis to make some meassurements for the battery tray thats going to hold two 5s 3000mah lipos:




The battery tray sits on Hpiīs plastic bulkhead braces, should be more than enough to support my lipos:


Did cut it out by hand as usual from a kitchen cutting board:
