yes they do. i went for the 12020 instead of the 9920 . but 9920 are very good

If you want some all out nitro kicking butt power the xl will definitely be good for that. Check out the link to my videos at rc pics. It has a 9xl in there to give you an idea.

I am running a 8XL and the gear setup is a strobe slipper which is a OFNA 51 tooth spur and mod1 16 tooth pinion 5mm hole for the motor which has a 5mm shaft. Get a 14,16 and a 18 for ajusting.

I think I was running a 16 51 gearing with 1/8 buggy diffs. I wanted to get as close to stock gearing as possible. Testing purposes. It was a bk 9xl I think or a nemisis 9xl.

I seen some brushless minis run at a indoor track, and they was bad. I think they could take my nitro rustler on a dirt oval.

lol welcome to the fourms yupp with bl definately, certainly it wont disapoint you. Thats why im also thinking on getting bl in the near future my self. saw it go in real life and its impressive. very impressive.
