33.6v xlx vs 34v xlx question . Lack of ability

Thanks for the reply Patrick. I have since purchased another new xlx 33.6 and this one is worlds different from my other. esc change only from old 33.6 to a new 33.6 both same setting and firmware picked up 6mph. i don't understand why but something must be wrong with the old one. maybe there is a bad batch out there? anyway thanks for the reply and insight..
