Hades has frozen over, Trinity has a brushless -

The biggest voice against brushless has gone to the darkside. I recieved a newsletter E-mail from trinity today that showed a brushless motor for the 1/18 cars and trucks. I cant get a link, but anybody who gets it and can post a screen capture, Please do
Work because i gotta, play because i wanna
People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise
another mini motor, they are a dime a dozen now, teken, castle, feigao, hacker. they are a little late for the mini craze, they will prolly get pissed off cause it does not sell and drop out of the brushless market
Nah, they'll rebirth the ad they put in RC Car Action several years ago and say that you need several motors because one can't handle racing vs. bashing applications......
Well, it was only a mtter of time before Trinity would have to eat their own words. I still have the RCCA issue with their anti-brushless ad in it, and it's the biggest load of rubbish out. Not to mention underhanded...so this is kinda funny to me, lol.
Why the hell would anyone buy a brushless motor from trinity?
If trinty had there way they would be selling modified motors at £55 each for the next millenia.
after 5 runs a powerfull modified motor needs skimming if you dont have this facility prepare to see the com disapear and performance to drop.
on the other hand i have a hacker c40 8s for about 3 years i would say and run hundreds of packs though it in lots of different cars and performance is amazingly consistant.
This is an expensive motor and thus its expected to last if its looked after and used correctly but its far surpassed the value of any brushed trinity motor.

Well said!
Wish I could find a purpose for my old brushed motors. Haven't found one yet though.
