How is it assembled, or more accurately how do you dissassemble the pack and reconfigure it for a lower voltage? How many "cells" comprise the V28"? How many volts per "cell"? etc. I presume that the better Li-Poly & Li-Ion chargers allow you to select the number of cells, charge amps, etc. Any additional advice would be appreciated!!!!!
