Question about my order... - 06.13.2006, 04:33 PM

Hello,
I placed an order [#10002932] a few days ago and the status is still showing as "Awaiting Payment"... I paid with my credit card and it doesn't look like it has been charged. So, yesterday I sent a message to sales@rc-monster.com asking for an update and I haven't heard back yet.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for an order to get shipped? Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a reply on the status of an order?

I've heard alot of good things about this company and I just want to make sure that I get my expectations properly calibrated.
Thanks,
Joe

Tried a different e-mail address to bug Mike about the status and he replied back almost instantly...

Thanks!

Mike is on vacation until July 10th. There's a message about this right at the top of the home page of www.RC-Monster.com.
He's got to take a break sometime :003:

Because of this, your credit card won't be charged until he's back on the job - packing and shipping. Orders placed before July 10th should all be processed by the end of that week. Like most online retailers, RC-Monster won't charge your credit card until we know that your order is shipping.

If you don't see a change in the status of your order before the end of next week (July 14th), please send an email to rcmonstermike@gmail.com and let him know.

Electronics run on smoke... if you let the smoke out, they stop working.
