Bare minumum you need to get the steel idler gears and some CVDs for the rear.

Mine did pretty well with the rest of the drivetrain stock, but I wasn't trying to do crazy stuff with it either... just racing and some "responsible" bashing, if that's possible.

The chassis/suspension mods is a personal choice... depends on how hard you want to beat on it.

For 30 min. runtime you need to go lipo IMO... total of 6000-8000mah 4s.
