good all around affordable charger?

I have been using the Super Barin 989 for a month or so now. I really think its a pretty decnt charger. Much better than the older MRC chargers. They did a nice job on it. It charges/discharges just about anything. Very large cell count capability and up to 10A I believe. And it comes w/ an ac power supply too. for around $170. Should be all you need now and for a while to come.
