I've used the road rage tires on my stadium truck with only a 12x3 D4 Motor, 6-GP3300's, and A Novak ESC and I can spin them at will until the car is over 30mph.
I'm not sure they'll grip enough for your insane level of power. Lower the car as much as possible with the front being slightly lower than the rear. You can also experiment with softer springs up front and firmer in the rear for street duty only.
Wheelie bars are a really good idea........consider the Traxxas JATO 3.3. It tops out in excess of 65mph!
