Yeah, shore 20 tires would help too...

48.5mph with these cells is rather poor, but it are the cells, no doubt.. Too bad you don't have got an eagletree..

As a refference;

in my mugen converted buggy, i reached 44.9 mph on 14 cells (gp3300's) and it was NOT geared for speed.. In fact, the motor was doing nothing, because it wasn't even near it's loaded RPM... I did the speedcalculation thing, and according to that, it should do less than 40 mph.. So i guess i can gear it a tad higher. Too bad my motorplate isn't ready for a bigger pinion.. Back to the drawing board... Again, cells are the key to the power/speed!
