I'll leave the bushings to the other Flextek owners, but if you are looking for good hinge pins, Fastlane Machine makes some steel and cheap ones while UE makes some titanium hinge pins which are quite good, actually.

Nice to meet you!

I use Lunsford Ti. hinge pins and have bent them a couple of times. Not too fun trying to get a bent Ti. pin out of an aluminum bulk.
As far as the bushings go, check Flextek's website, I believe they do sell the bushings. Mine need to be replaced as well.

I had issues with flexteks bushings as well. the flanged part is braking off with mine.. and they wear pretty fast. (a lot of play on the pin/bushin) I contacted them about it, and suggested them to use teflon..

I'll sent them the link to this thread.

did they replace all the arms or did they just replace the bent one and did the arm or arms come with the bushings and other accesories that come with the kit. did you bend or break in half

No, they just replaced the one broken arm. It didn't bend, it snapped.
Kit came with arms, bushings and hardware for shock mounting.
Good luck also trying to shine those baby's up, I tried a little section on one of the arms with my Dremel and it was a lot of work and it barely even put a shine to it.

yeah it took an hour to get all arms polished i might show pic later but i used dremal atachment for rotozip so it workes better because it is like three times faster than dremal and i used a course fabric brush.
