So I need to ask one more time! With a full charge on GP4300 7 cellers, the EVX will handle it?

No problem, the EVX handles 14 cells any time. It also says in the instructions from Novak. I even heard about people putting 16 cells on an EVX without problems, but didn´t try it on my own, when I used it.
