Serum RC-Monster Admin Offline Posts: 10,480 Join Date: Feb 2005	12.03.2006, 04:15 PM A 7XL won't leave the 32p gears in tact very long. 5S on the 7XL is pushing it hot. especially with a rather direct drive. you need that tall gearing. A lower KV motor would be a better choice. a low KV lower gearing ratio will run cooler.
