Paypal covers "non-Delivered" packages if I'm not mistaken.

Check with your Credit card. They may have some sort of purchase insurance also. I actually got saved by that once.. Not for that much $$$, but $175.

Im going to check as soon as my next statement comes.. I did not recieve the items so im going to dispute the transaction, and let the cc compay take it up with the seller and paypal, hopefully this will get my money back..

A good thing to do is use signature confermation so you can see who got for the package.
