The xl2000 and xl2400 will both be back in stock hopefully this week. I have considered the xl1600 myself to tame the power down a little. the xl2400 on 18.5 volts is a bit too much for the track. I think the 1600 on 22.2 volts would be a great setup. It would run cooler than the 2000 or 2400 and get a longer runtime. The rpms are a bit lower, so it would need tall gearing to get 50mph, but it could certainly get there. 50mph in an e-maxx is pretty rediculous to drive around. Even 35-40mph is fast enough to be a ton of fun and can get scary on a track.
