wow i thought the same thing that is why i do not like super polished things sometimes it almost looks chrome and when i see that it makes me think it was made bad(molded) i also always think of GMP when i see polished stuff that is weird that we both think that when it is polished it looks cheezy/molded/made bad and that is why i like the look of a machined/milled aluminum it IMO shows quality in the item.

OK! OK! Geeze! So you don't like the polished finish! I can't stand purple anodized finishes! :020: Bla! Bla! Bla! But that's just me. Others may love it.

That's what makes RC Monster trucks so awesome! Build it the way you want to! I'm not sure that there is a "wrong way" as long as you enjoy it! My first E-Maxx was brushed silver wih blue anodized parts. I've always wanted a fully polished Supermaxx so that's what I'm building now. The average guy CAN'T polish parts like I can so that's partly what will seperate mine from the pack. Plus I like polished aluminum.

Maybe you guys will change your mind when you see it complete, or maybe not.

Will it hurt your eyes? Probably! :005:

You might be right. If the upkeep on it drives me nuts it wouldn't take too long to change the finish to brushed. We'll see.

(I could have it all anodized too. That could be interesting................)
