12000's and a 10XL would be over 2 hours of runtime probably...

Its hard to tell. Gearing, driving style, terrain, and alot of others things affect runtime greatly.

Bashing around, I could get up to 25 minutes on GP3700's. At the track, that dropped to 14-18 minutes (depending on track layout and how aggressively I drove) and all out speed runs would drop it to 10-11 minutes.

Bearings could probably affect runtime by up to 15%. Old gritty bearings would kill runtime, while brand new ceramic ones would boost it pretty noticably.
