How fast would that motor go in a stock emaxx and what esc would I need?

depends on the amount of cells, and gearing, but i heard things about this motor going 40 mph i think the 9920 would suit your needs

It also depends on which wind. The Hacker b50L series is nearly the same as the Feigao L motors.

No, with no of winds is meant; a different amount of winds, comes a different rpm/volt range (kV).
