suspension....what do you think?

im thinking of going with either aluminum or rpm a-arms. now if i go with aluminum im gonna use a combination of different parts to achieve the lightest weight possible. it would have to be lighter for sure. now im thinking of Hammad Ghuman upper a-arms, g-maxx lower, and g-maxx shock towers. i would only be running 4 shocks. would it be lighter than stock with 4 shocks?

Never weighed any of the aluminum arms you speak of but lower rpm arms are 5 ounces heavier than stock lowers.

those arms were discontinued because as you can see, they couldn't hold up. If you can find them, which you probably won't be able to, don't get them. There is a reason why no one else has even bothered to copy these parts,.

Actually, the g3 suspension without the levers is lighter than the stock parts(including the shock towers).

There was a guy on ebay trying to convince everyone they were titaniun. Those arms have got to be light but you are better off with stock arms (I bet they are stronger). Racer x 3 ounces heavier than stock and a hundred times stronger.

You can try it, but I have had bad expierences with some unnamed companys so I stick with UE. Might as well pay twice that for a used racer x than buy that break it and have to buy a used racer x. Just not worth it anymore to save alittle money and sacrifice ALOT of strength.

Wouldn't touch it.

Get some RPM, very strong and very cheap.

What makes your think that will be ligther than stock anyways? Its just yet another attempt at knocking of UE's Racer X. And a very poor attempt at that.

I think the price for the racerX is out of the question for Squeeforever. and Nick means that the true track is not good.

Not a bad word about the racerX... They are top notch.. Period. ;)

You could look on ebay for the pro-line suspension. IMO, unless your willing to shed 270$ for the gorillamaxx or 500$ for the racer X, your just better off going for the pro-line suspension. It's VERY durable, lightweight and lower thr CoG (and cheap <50$)
