That one has an 18V limit for input, so it's unfortunately no good for 5s.
I did find this product, but it seems to be in the UK only:

Look down the page for JG011 and JG012. They go up to 45V, so that should suffice. You can even look at the manual for JG011 with a link on that page.

Mike - this may be something you can look into carrying, if it does what it says.
