Hey guys, ive tried my 9920 w/my 1950/7T motor and am not that pleased with the 9920/Li-saver..

Do you guys think that the MM would be a better pick? Im running 4s so it is in the "rated" limit of the MM.. I just dont like the 9920 because of the temps.. Or am i possibly over geared? Im running 16/44 on HB pro diffs..

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

Well, the MM and the 9920 are rated about the same, current-wise. If you had temp problems with the 9920, you might have them with the MM as well. You might be a tad overgeared, so I'd try a 12T or maybe 14T before giving up on the 9920. Just my $0.02...

Have you got a temp-gun?

try some other gearing. Remember; the lipo's you ordered are lighter.

I am going to do some tests with a mm on my 1950/8 on 5S2P this weekend.
