Which Esc & Motor for Brushless Mini-Lst?

Just throwing in my experiences and opinion. But if you say the Wraith 7K on 3s is all good from experience, then I believe you. I wasn't sure if you were talking from experience or word of mouth on this topic. Didn't know you had minis too. I guess I should have expected it. :010:

The Hyperion YC22 5k is bigger than a mamba motor and generates more torque than a mamba motor for sure. But if you are telling me that the Wraith 7K runs cool (or at least not excessively hot) Thats for sure a better chioce then. My Hyperion YC22 5k gets pretty darn hot on 3s. Definatly not touchable after an entire 2000mah 3s pack. Maybe I need to gear up??? Not sure I never really spent a whole lot of time tuning it. Just kinda threw it in there and ran it. I may have to consider upgradeing now. But I think I'll see how the new metal, fluid filled diffs hold up to what I have now before I start throwing more power at it.
