Exclamation Looks like Dead Quark 125B - 03.04.2007, 12:35 PM

My car sudenly stopped. Motor (Neu 1512/2,5D on 16cells) was only warm same with Quark.

Quark beeps, LED flashes normaly but when i hit throttle the motor only coggs very slowly. When I took everything apart the Quark smells very strangely.

What can be wrong?

Bugger!

that sucks!

any damage on the truck?

check if there is 1 wire of the 3 motorwires loose. check if you can see any visual damage to the part of the print that is sticking out.

nothing happened to the truck there was about 1cm free space under so went out smoothly and i got a nice rollbar everything.

nothing loose on the quark but smells really badly in the bottom. Probably on og the componens that take care ouf the output is burned as the quark responds otherwise normaly. I dropped sky-tech email and they told me to send it. Seems like good support.

one more funny picture

So does a monkey!

Normally a bad smell from electronics isn't a good sign..

Let's hope Quark offers help and service!

I can see the thread going downhill already! :036:

And there seems to be a common cause for this: Rene! :dft012:

I'm not going to even ask how you know how a monkey's bottom smells. I have a sick feeling it also has something to do with anteaters and I just don't want to go there! :020:
