They are the HPI Blast rims with the Phaltline tires. Handles great with them.

Here are some bigger pics.

And another.

This one too.

How 'bout a Naked one.

Compared to a stock Maxx rim.

Wide stance.
Hey johnny any topspeed runs on this wheel/tire combo yet? I bought the wheels months ago and am waiting for the tires to arrive in the mail.HPI claims they do'nt balloon,my only reason for getting them.I'm curious to find out how 50+ mph is while still having control.

CRAZY!

What ESC's are you using with the dual blue nemesis motors?

Rcjmaxx, just about no balooning at all with these tires. Not a whole lot of side wall there. Handles much better than the Talons that I had on there before.
Procharged,
Those controllers are the old school Warrior 9918's.

What's it like to drive? I would think the power would be ridiculous!

Have you suffered much breakage?

Pretty fun to drive. Torque is about on par with your Mustang. J/K. But there is a lot of torque and a huge difference once I put the dual setup away and bring out the single BL Maxx that I have.

Everything is beefed up so I haven't had any breakage in a while. As soon as something brakes that was stock, I would upgrade right away. Still waiting for the stock slipper to go. I think that is one of the only things left that is stock on this truck.

LOL. Ok, maybe I'll loosen it up just a little and see what happens. I'm getting a little tired of the way the stock one looks anyway. I guess the stock one can't be too cruddy if it has lasted this long on a dual setup? Lol.

I think its because its probably welded itself to the pads and created a locked slipper lol...

But yea...I almost fell outa my computer chair when I saw that.
