LiPo users what LVC or warning system ?

I assume you will monitor both packs with the 4S.
My idea was to only monitor the BEC side (2S) pack since that would go low first.
Would as 4S LVC actually "even out" the voltage drop between the two packs in such a way that if one pack drops say 0.5 volt and the other dropped 0.2 volts the 4S LVC would see it like a (0.5+0.2)/2 = 0.35 drop ?
