Yeah sounds bad (DEMAGGED), I would like to know also. Spelled pretty close to damaged and sounds like it means the same.

Overheating the motor will demag (demagnetize) it. So if you are running hot, i.e. over 190 or so, you're actively demagging.

I won't complain if someone verifies that temp for me tho. :)
