No worries - I am willing to accept the trade-off. I am one of the nuts who was running 5S through the original MM with a CCBEC with no problems, but I have to say the 'feel' of the same setup of with the MMM is a much smoother performance in regards to acceleration.

Guys we've discussed doing 6v upgrades for $25. If the controller has an issue though, you have to pay another $25 to get it working if it's the BEC, flat rate repair fee if the controller goes. This would be considered a modification to the controller.

and perhaps ditch the castle link... to save costs...

How about making it opto via programming as a compromise.... is that doable?

Just to put a cap on this is looks like there is only moderate interest in 6v for batch 2.

So I withdraw my proposal. and I feel better about 5.5 ....
