Ok so after lots of thinking and my dad calling me crazy in wanting to spend 400 dollars on a controller. How good is this controller?

I want to run it with my feaigo 7xl, Is it possible to run 18 cells on it or is that a no no? How fast could i get with 16 cells and proper gearing? Someone just tell me how this one is please.
