Those batteries aren't enough! You may get buy for a little while with that gearing, that's pretty slow and shouldn't draw to many amps. You really need to save up for a Mamba Moster and a good 5s lipo. I ran a 1515 2.5d on 4s in my revo for awhile, I could get about 35 out of it but I was pushing the batteries pretty hard. As soon as I steped it up to 5s it came alive, 6s was insane! 5s is the best combination of speed, driveability, and cool temps with that motor IMO

35 doesn't keep people happy for long and is a bit slow for race use. Biggest problem is your batteries aren't going to hold up!

Overheat, puff, and die! 96 amp isn't really adequate IMO. General Concensus around here seems to be a minimum of 120Amps for 1/8 Truggy/MT. Even my 4900mah 25C Neu packs get warm with the same motor in my E-REVO geared for 37 on 5s(105-110*)

I didn't puff my packs on 4s and they where MA rated at 120Amps. They did go WAY out of balance though, I know they where MA. I'm not saying that this is definetlly going to happen, but there is a very good chance of it happening to you.

96 amps on 4s is a bit low for a heavier vehicle. In a buggy it would be ok. Best to give it a try, and keep an eye on batt temps... If they get too hot gear it down. A better lipo would help, see my sig if you want a deal on a good 4s pack...
