I dont know how I missed it either ?
I really like the layout, a 5000mah 5s and 1518 would be a great combo in that for the track. I'm thinking a aluminum top chassis plate might best tho because of that heavy motor sitting up kinda high will cause so much flex. IDK.

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.

Was thinking the same thing but did not type it...Also, I believe an all aluminum chassis with that set up is a must. CF would also work and be a bit lighter but may be a little more brittle?

I hear ya Brian, I have a LST2 thats all CF and never missed a lick. With the extra lenth of only a inch I cant see a probem uness the CF qaulity is questionable.
I just sent a email to Xtreme for a quote on a 4mm CF XXl chassis with only the trans and 1 servo hole, I'll bet it'll still be a $100.00. Haven't made my mind up exactly what I want yet ?

Yea i'm going back to the lst trans for now though....at least until i find a better solution to mount up the e-maxx trans...

And my servo ended up getting drafted into my slash 4x4 so i need to find/buy another super torque servo for a single servo or i may just buy a couple of high torque savox's from amain and run 2 for now..
