That's gonna be pricey so I don't imagine they'll do that. It would be nice though. I can see Traxxas overhauling the emaxx before they make an e-revo.

I can't believe they haven't made an E-Revo already. I thought for sure there would be one not long after the Revo hit the shelves.
I thought they could call it REVOLT

Idk about you guys but an E-jato would be pritty sweet..kinda like the designe of an X-6 2wd buggy(its a conversion for the b4) but using jato parts.

Baby steps. Lets get that E-Revo on the market before we go talking about a E-Jato that would basically turn the 2WD truck market upside down and inside out.

I don't know. They already have a few 2WD electrics, but only one 4WD electric. I can see them making an e-revo before an e-jato, but I really see them updating the emaxx before either of those...

They do? Where?
I think they more of have the "idea" of a 2WD electric. But no one actually makes one thats worth a dam. Well.....except of coarse for FLM, but even theirs lacks a drivetrain that can take any real power. The oil tuned dif in the jato would truly change the way we look at 2WD brushless. I'm pretty sure we would see crazy speeds, reliability, and racing performance that the old crustler will never be able to deliver. Just think. Imagine a 70mph FLM brushless rustler, that doesn't break every time you gun it....and doesn't handle like a brick. Wouldn't that be fantastic?

Lol. I didn't say "good" electrics. :)
Actually, I think those are fine for what they are. No, they can't take BL power without mods, but they weren't meant to. Then again, there aren't many stock drivelines that can! Once you get any of those to the point where they can take the power and handle well, you are in the price range of a lot of better trucks anyway.
A brushless Jato would be easy for them to do the way it's set up. I just don't think they will, at least for a while.

I am sure they give the e-maxx a second life. The t-maxx has come in 3.3 form. The e-maxx will come with these driveshafts, slipper type and bulks too.

I have a huge feeling the E-Maxx is going to come with an HV system stock, though probably a special slower one, like an 8.5. However, it will have a plastic can like the Losi's. The HV isn't super fast, but its still faster than what I'd put in an RTR...

The Novak Brushless motors in the Losi's (I think they are a SS4300 motor) have black plastic endbells compared to the all aluminum on standard Novak Brushless motors.
This was done to reduce cost. I think they will do the same with the E-Maxx (if they supply an HV stock).

I doubt if the entire can is of plastic. It looks like a loose cap on/over the motor.
Normally the windings of BL motors are 'baked' into the aluminum shell, with high temperature lacquer. they make it as tight as possible to gain efficiency.
