Exactly! No pit stops! But the Nitro heads do! Why should we have to stop for their ignorance? If that's ok to say?

neweuser,

I hear ya. I mean, there are some guys that run the Novarossi 21-5s because they like the bottom end grunt, but they are getting something like seven minutes on a tank (give or take) depending on their gearing and pipe. Some run the V-Spec because it gives around nine minutes. It's a matter of equipment. It isn't my fault that my power source gets me 20-25 minutes. If they wanted it, they could have it too.

On the other hand, I'm just glad that they are letting me run. We'll just have to see what happens if I start winning against the guys that used to beat me.

This one http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...540C_XL&cat=20

or this one http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail.php?prod=BKWAND_XL

depending on how much room you have. The wanderer motors are really just rebranded Feigaos. I hear that they are supposed to have better bearings, but can't verify this.

AA, we should hand the complaining nitro guy a 32oz. soda cup and tell them they just have to make a fuel tank out of it so they can have the big runtime too. :005:

Oh... or tell them to just strap in the whole pit fuel bottle, hee hee... that would do it!

Man, I've been sayin it for a couple of years now. Nitro has nothing on electric. I was in my LHS a little while back and this guy walks in. I'm standing there with my T4 with the Mamba 7700 and 3S lipo. Anyway, the guy tells the guy behind the counter, "I want to go fast." The owner asks him, "how fast do you want to go?" The counter guy shows him the Jato and the 4-tec. The potential buyer then wants to know what's faster, and the counter guy points at my T4. I just had to laugh.

Yeah, brushless. A new way to break stuff. On my T4, I had to remove the MIP CVDs because I kept breaking them. I just went back to dogbones. At least they were dependable.

Thanks for the help. So far I am thinking of using the following.

9xl motor Feigao 540 xl or wanderer 9xl (any thought as to which is more reliable)
Mamaba Maxx controller.

To go with the items I have:
two Orion 4800 lipo packs
13/51 gearing in center

This hopefully will give me a charge it and run it buggy and the flexability to move the motor to a truggy in the future. Is this correct?
